Nope! There are absolutely no costs or fees to book a virtual shopping appointment. If you enjoy the virtual experience of shopping with us, you’re welcome to book more than once.

If you can’t make it to your shopping timeslot, please kindly email virtual@360eyecare.ca and let us know your name and timeslot.

We understand things come up and there are no penalties for cancelling a timeslot.

We provide all of our virtual shopping appointments via Zoom. Once you have received confirmation of your timeslot, our staff will provide you with a meeting link when appropriate.

To ensure a smooth experience and to make the most of your time, please have Zoom installed/setup prior to your timeslot. Our staff can provide basic setup assistance for your timeslot upon request.

Our virtual experiences provide one-on-one appointments with our opticians in half-hour timeslots. During this time you get a personalized walk-through of our wide selection of frames.

Whether you want to pick out frames from the comfort of your home, or get selections and suggestions tailored to you by our experienced opticians, our shopping experience gives you a completely private, personalized, and exclusive frame selection experience.
